Employee vs Independent Contractor

You will be listed as an independent contractor not an employee of Lone Star Professional Solutions LLC. You would receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you made 600.00 or more.

How much can I make?

Income depends solely on the agent, It depends on hours selected and serviced. Most companies require a minimum of 15 hour a week. Average pay 10-13 dollars per hour.

How am I paid?

Bi-monthly via direct deposit

Do I get paid during certification training?

Lone Star Professional Solutions LLC. does not pay you while you are completing your certification course.

What services do your company provide to make working from easier?

Lone Star Professional Solutions LLC. will provide you with all correspondence/documentation, additional services, and assistance to make your work from home job opportunity a smooth transition and a successful journey within your life.

Do I pay taxes on my freelance income?

Independent Contractors do have to pay income taxes. We will not withhold any taxes from your paycheck. Only deduction is 54.95 per pay cycle to cover the cost of Arise platform fee, and IBO contractor fee.

Are there any fees

Yes, Arise platform fee of 19.95 per pay cycle and IBO contractor fee of 35.00 per pay cycle. Also training certification can cost between 0.00 to 99.99 dollars.

Can I work from anywhere?

No, our clients are not accepting new applicants in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin. You must be 18 years or older and live in the United States. If you move, you can continue to work from home, if it is not in one of the states mentioned above.

When do I start earning revenue?

You will start working and earning income as soon as you complete and pass your certification course. Depending on you and the first day of your certification course, it can take up to 6 weeks to start working and earning income. The clock starts from the time you start registration, complete, and pass your background check, choose the client program of your choice, pay for the certification course, and complete/pass the course.

Am I able to advance to other positions within my client program?

As an agent (independent contractor), you will be able to advance within the client program that you service, based upon your performance metrics (becoming a top performer).

How is certification training work?

Certification courses can be as short as 5-10 days, 2 weeks or can last up to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the client program.

Please note, depending upon the client that you select, the course fee can range anywhere from $0.00-99.99. * For more information, review the opportunity announcement for the interested client.

What equipment is required?

Does your company offer benefits?

Lone Star Professional Solutions LLC. does not offer medical, dental, vacation, retirement, or overtime, etc. You are not eligible for unemployment benefits as an independent contractor.

What agreements do I need to sign with your company.

You will be required to sign an independent contract agreement and summary of understanding to protect you and Lone Star Professional Solutions LLC.
